Job Details Facilities Service Line Dispatcher - Center City - Full Time Days Job Description: PRIMARY FUNCTION: While exercising excellent customer service skills, responsible for answering multiple service lines for the Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health Facilities and Custodial service lines for all enterprise locations, generating work order requests, providing work order status, obtaining schedule information, and assign/dispatch them to the appropriate personnel according to the standard procedure for the specific location. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Generates work orders for phoned in, electronically submitted, faxed and written work requests. Work order creation may include dispatching the work request to the appropriate technician via radio and/or work order scheduling. - Ensure work orders are being created using standardized coding for all locations and following standard Work Order Process Map. - Provides status information about existing work requests to callers.
