Lead Product Manager - Simplic (Hybrid)

Reports to: Head of Simplic business About the Role: As a Lead Product Manager, you will directly support our Brazil product, Simplic, operating with a startup mindset within a scaled fintech organization. You will own key areas of the product roadmap and collaborate across internal teams and external partners to shape the future of our near-prime consumer lending business. This role requires a strong balance of technical depth, product intuition, and business ownership. You will work closely with Engineering, Analytics, Risk, and Marketing to define features, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver scalable solutions that create a competitive advantage for Enova. As you develop business cases and implement solutions, you will have a direct impact on product performance and customer outcomes.
