Associate Product Manager

Job description

Responsible for the product lifecycle management of the Electromechanical Solutions (EMS) group product lines and categories as assigned. Responsibilities include : gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Associate Product Manager role is deliberately designed as an entry point into product management. The right candidate is someone who thrives on building mastery — in their brand, their customers, and their craft — and who is motivated by a clear, structured path toward greater ownership and strategic responsibility at the Product Manager level.
