Description Basic Function: Maintains the physical aspect of property to ensure safe, habitable and cost efficient conditions at all locations. Follow up on the completion of service request, routine maintenance and preventative maintenance at all assigned properties. Maintain high standards of conduct and follow all maintenance and personnel policies as outlined by the company. Insure the proper maintenance equipment throughout the properties. Is required to supply and maintain all the basic tools in order to complete assigned task in safe and timely manner Hours: It is a part-time position, as needed. Normally 24hrs/week, 7:00am-3:30pm but will fluctuate based on work orders and seasonal needs. Also, responsible for after hour’s emergencies and snow removal when needed. Position compensated on an hourly basis, with performance and salary reviewed annually (typically in the second quarter).
