Provide direct supervision and evaluation to one or more administrative specialists and three or more assistant deans of students that oversee the functions of Care Services, Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, Maygarden Financial Literacy Program, and Outreach and Training; provide indirect supervision to two or more coordinators and varying numbers of student employees; 2. Responsible for the day to day operations of the Dean of Students Office including compliance, administration, operations, human resources, travel and budget management; 3. Communicate and meet with students, parents, staff, and faculty to provide support related to needs; address concerns and to assess and address concerning student behavior; 4.
