Associate Project Director

The Opportunity RS&H is currently seeking an Associate Project Director to join our Transportation team in Tampa, FL. As part of the Infrastructure team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by conforming medium to large projects to the client's requirements, meeting scheduled milestone dates, internal and external budget constraints, and participating in the selection of subconsultants and delivery of a quality project. This position will determine the needs and expectations of the client and oversees the project to ensure all needs are met, including establishing and communicating project requirements and ensuring the team delivers a final product which meets the requirements and maintains client satisfaction; develop a detailed scope of work, budget, and schedule; provide ongoing communication to the project team, ensuring objectives are clear; direct the project team through all phases of the project to achieve the desired results within the established budget and schedule; negotiate scope and fee with the client under the guidance/direction of a project officer; recommend alternative solutions if project objectives cannot be achieved and contractual obligations cannot be...
