Min USD $30.23/Hr. Max: USD $48.37/Hr. Overview: As an Emergency Department RN, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive care of acutely ill patient. The Emergency Department RN provides care to all age groups through the proper utilization of the nursing process; assessment, formulation of nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of plan of care in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines. The Emergency Room RN is responsible for supervising nursing staff to care for groups of patients. Education: Licensure/Certification/Registry: Experience: - Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required. - BSN preferred. - Licensed in the State of Illinois. - Certified in ACLS or completed within 6 months of employment - Emergency Communication Registered Nurse (ECRN) licensure - Trauma Nurse Specialist (TNS) or TNCC to be completed within 2 years of hire (at discretion of manager). - Certified in CPR or completes certification during Nursing Team Onboarding - 2-3 years of experience preferred.
