Studio Three is looking for world-class Mat Pilates instructors to help continue to build and inspire our team in the Miami market. We expect you to be energetic and have a strong personality, though have previous experience that demonstrates thriving in a team environment . Hot Mat Pilates is a heated 45-minute class that incorporates pilates rings, balls, and light hand weights. This dynamic, low-impact workout enhances muscle tone, core strength, and flexibility while challenging the entire body. We program intentional movement that allows our clients to unlock their inner athlete in a welcoming environment for all levels.
