Job description

The Surveillance Agent at Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel utilizes CCTV and video management software to conduct safety, casino, and security audits of all areas, including all businesses and properties within the casino to provide for optimal asset protection and the safety of guests and team members. This position works closely with the Louisiana State Police to protect company assets and monitor suspicious behaviors. This position requires strong computer literacy and mathematical skills. - Maintain surveillance on designated areas and activities. - Record irregular activity as required. - Operate all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to DVR’s, monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and cameras as assigned. - Provide CCTV (closed camera television) and personal observations of all departments and applicable job functions to assure that all company policies and procedures are met with compliance. - Present oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same. - Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies. - PAY: $17.50/hr - $19.50/hr - SCHEDULE: Overnight Shift Only - Must be at le...
