In this role, you'll: For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack . - Support apprentices across the full apprenticeship lifecycle, ensuring on‑the‑job training aligns with the required units of competency. - Deliver hands‑on, competency‑based mentoring through regular site visits, coaching, progress monitoring, feedback and support. - Work as part of the Apprentice Unit to support recruitment activities, pre‑apprenticeship programs and continuous improvement of training outcomes. About you: You bring demonstrated experience in a relevant trade discipline and hold the essential qualifications, authorisations and/or licences, relevant to the program you are supporting.
