As the selested Technical Writer, you will join a worldwide engineering, operations, and tech refresh contract supporting Enterprise IT (EIT) capabilities and functions for our Intelligence Community (IC) customer. As a team, we will be responsible for operations, future technologies, engineering and Tier 2/3 support, break/fix, and tech refresh activities to develop and maintain agency wide capabilities on a global basis. Responsibilities: Responsible for creating and writing various types of user documents, including how-to guides, references, manuals, cheat sheets, or instructions.
