cBEYONData + SMX is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Conversion Lead to support a large-scale federal S/4HANA transformation. This role will lead end-to-end data conversion strategy and execution, ensuring accurate, auditable migration of legacy data into S/4HANA. The consultant will own planning, data quality, validation, and cutover activities to support testing and go-live readiness. Responsibilities: - Lead S/4HANA data conversion strategy and execution from mock conversions through final production cutover - Define and manage the integrated data conversion plan aligned with testing cycles, deployment waves, and cutover milestones - Partner with functional leads (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, etc.) to ensure business ownership of data objects and rules - Oversee data conversion tooling, including S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, ETL tools, and custom migration frameworks - Define and govern data mappings, transformation logic, and business rules for master and transactional data - Establish and enforce data quality standards for completeness, accuracy, and consistency - Lead data validation and reconciliation to ensure converted data balances with legacy systems - Coordinate busine...
