Job Summary The Unit-Based Educator, under the supervision of the Director, Manager, or designee, is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education and professional development initiatives within a designated unit or department. This position aims to enhance clinical competencies, promote evidence-based practices, and improve patient outcomes by collaborating with department leaders and staff to align education with organizational and departmental goals. The Unit-Based Educator also facilitates orientation programs, maintains compliance with regulatory training, and serves as a clinical resource for staff.
