Job description

Seeking a highly motivated individual to lead and support the development and commercialization of products and technologies related to sealants and water-proofing. Relatable chemistries include reactive silanes, reactive (and nonreactive) polyurethanes, silicones, acrylics, epoxies and various hybrid technologies. This position provides the opportunity to lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders from multiple departments such as Commercialization, Marketing, Raw Materials, and Operations. This position is accountable for leading the formulation of new coatings technologies and development of new test methods through physical, technical, and other measurement techniques. Job duties include contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
