Sr. Financial Analyst - CAM Operations

Job Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A will play a critical role in supporting Carlisle Architectural Metals (CAM) Operations, Supply Chain, and plant leadership teams through financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role will drive visibility into financial performance, support data-driven decision-making, and help standardize processes across multiple ERP systems as CAM continues its One CAM transformation. During month end, this role will support our four day financial close process by pulling system ERP and subledger data to create and book operations and manufacturing related journal entries This individual will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Leaders to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and improve cost structure, productivity, and working capital outcomes. The role will also be a key contributor to CAM’s annual planning process, ensuring alignment between financial targets and operational execution.
