Job description

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands Overview: We are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to design, implement, and improve learning programs that support employee development across technical and operational environments. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze learning needs and advise on appropriate learning solutions Design and develop learning programs, including blended learning approaches Implement and manage learning interventions and processes Ensure training materials are up-to-date and continuously improved Collaborate with internal stakeholders, trainers, and subject matter experts Support trainers and specialists through workshops, training sessions, and feedback Contribute to learning policies and the use of digital learning tools Integrate key themes such as safety, quality, and craftsmanship into learning programs Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Educational Sciences, Pedagogy, or similar 3–5 years of experience in learning & development or educational advisory roles Experience with blended learning solutions: Strong stakeholder manageme...
