Job description

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead Weave’s next phase of growth by evolving our marketing engine into a scalable, efficient, and vertically differentiated growth platform. As a key member of the executive team, this leader will partner closely with the CRO in shared accountability for pipeline and revenue outcomes, strengthening our inbound foundation while expanding product-led and partner-driven growth. The CMO will strengthen Weave’s brand across SMB and large-group healthcare practices, including DSOs, VSOs, MSOs, and adjacent healthcare verticals, while elevating marketing’s strategic impact with the executive team and Board. This leader will play a critical role in positioning Weave as an AI leader in healthcare communications and practice growth, translating product innovation into clear market differentiation and category leadership.
