Role Mission: The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring equipment uptime, facility reliability, and operational continuity. This hands‑on role supports preventive maintenance, equipment rebuilds, and continuous improvement initiatives while serving as a role model within the maintenance team and a key partner to production and support functions across the organization.
