Plant Superintendent - 26000654 Description Job Overview: Linde is currently seeking a Plant Superintendent at our world-class Syngas Separation facility in Geismar, LA. This position has accountability for the day-to-day operations and maintenance. The facility is located inside of customer site and consists of multiple compressors, gas treatment (DeOXO Reactors and Amine Systems), and a cold box. The Plant Superintendent is responsible to operate the facility in a safe and compliant manner while striving to meet the customers production needs. The role manages a team of plant technicians. This is a front-line operations role that will respond to unplanned events, work independently, and make technical decisions and recommendations to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of the facility. This position requires a combination of office and field work. Accessibility during off-hours (laptop and cell phone) is required.
