Senior Strategy Fellow Strategy Team , College Board: Location: This is a fully remote role. Candidates who live near CB offices have the option of being fully remote or hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday in office). Type: This is full-time two-year term role Summary: The College Board Strategy Leadership Program: Senior Strategy Fellow is a two -year program designed to attract and place senior talent into key leadership roles at the College Board. Senior Strategy Fellows will take on 1 -3 major projects/deliverables for Senior / Vice Presidents and get exposure and connection to leaders across the organization. The Sen ior Fellow, pending strong performance and organizational need(s) , may have an opportunity to step into a permanent role at College Board. The Strategy Team is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision and direction of the College Board. We work closely with the executive leadership team, business units, and external partners to identify opportunities and incubate solutions that improve educational opportunities and outcomes, particularly for low-income, first-generation, and students of color, in the context of a competitive business environment.
