Reports to: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Location: Manchester, UK: Salary: Competitive: Purpose of the Role: The Quantity Surveyor (QS) for the IES Group will support the commercial management and financial control of multi-utility projects across gas, water, power, and telecoms. This role ensures effective cost management, contract administration, and commercial governance to help deliver projects on time and within budget. The QS will work closely with project, finance, and client teams to support commercial outcomes and contribute to the companys growth and reputation. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Support: - Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation. - Support the implementation of commercial strategies for all municipal projects. - Provide commercial input to project teams on risk, opportunity, and value.
