Senior Engineering Analyst, Google Ads, Trust and Safety

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data. - Experience in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis of datasets. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in a quantitative discipline. - Experience within the online advertising industry, particularly Google Ads products and policies. - Experience in a scripting language (e.g., Python) for analysis and automation. - Familiarity with organization and Individual verification technologies (e.g., liveness detection, document verification). - Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
