Overview Hiring Incentive Available : $10,000: The Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor I (LCPC I) is a primary therapist to children, adolescents, and families who have experienced or may be at risk for trauma through physical abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, domestic and community violence and negative social conditions. Responsibilities: - Provide individual, family, or group psychotherapy services to children and their families. - Conduct evaluations, including diagnostic assessments, to determine appropriate treatment modality. - Collaborate with the referring agency to assist them in utilizing the evaluation/treatment services in the development of the service plan for the child and family. - Collaborate with the school system to ensure that children are receiving appropriate educational services, if indicated. - Participate in peer consultation groups and/or individual supervision for the review of clinical work. - Attend in-service clinical training programs, treatment planning meetings, and necessary administrative meetings. - Maintain client activity at the projected level set by the administrative staff. - Maintain the medical record for each client seen, which includes...
