Overnight Security Manager

Job description

Experience/Qualifications: - Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity - Identify and successfully investigate matters of internal dishonesty - Control the unexplained loss of merchandise and improve profitability - Review and analyze shrink performance; identify associate behaviors and/or operational issues through exception based reporting and CCTV that may cause shrink within the facility. - Identify trends; make recommendations for improvement; teach, train and coach associates to effectively handle opportunities; monitor corrective action - Prepare detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner - Follow up, support and resolve safety, environmental and regulatory issues as assigned by the Security Manager - Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. - Ongoing verification of driving eligibility will be conducted to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. - Must be at least 21 years old to qualify for this position.
