Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Prepare documentation and carry out import/export operations (customs instructions, bookings with airlines, organizing collections with carriers, etc.). - Track shipments as necessary to ensure proper movement and delivery. - Handle client billing and validate supplier invoices. - Communicate with clients regarding shipment management (e.g., tracking, routing and clearance, and rate quotations). - Communicate and coordinate with other company branches and agents to ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service. - Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: - Position may require extended periods of sitting, computer use, standing and walking. Some light lifting may be required in some instances.
