Regulatory Compliance Manager Department: Compliance: Employment Type: Permanent: Location: London: Reporting To: Jade Skeete: Description: YouLend is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to support the design and scaling of our global regulatory framework as we expand into new markets and pursue additional authorisations. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Head of Regulatory Compliance. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, partnering closely with senior leadership, product, and commercial teams to enable compliant growth. It is not a Financial Crime (AML/KYC) or Transaction Monitoring role. This is a primarily regulatory-focused role, with deep involvement in policy, governance, and licensing strategy. We are looking for a specialist with strong technical expertise in regulatory frameworks and authorisations. Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Architecture and Authorisations: License Expansion: Support compliance workstreams for new regulatory authorisations and Variations of Permission (VoP) across the UK, EU, and other target jurisdictions.
