The primary role of this position is to reduce downtime of the equipment through completion of preventative maintenance and repair maintenance in a timely manner. Schedule: Sunday - Thursday: 10 pm - 7 am; Overtime & Weekends as needed The work takes place in a facility that produces food products containing a variety of nuts and cheeses. Required Skills: Must have industrial equipment repair experience. Experience with preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs. Able to read schematics and troubleshoot a variety of systems. Must have knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Needs to have a strong understanding of control wiring and PLCs.
