DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for assessing, auditing, and working with vendors on Root Cause/Corrective Action methods. - Perform Internal quality system audits for EIMCo and prepare management reports summarizing quality performance. - Perform verifications of actions taken in response to customer concerns or in response to internal requests for corrective action. - Lead auditor for EIMCo’s QMS. Responsible for conducting Quarterly ISO process audits. - Assist the Quality Manager with implementation, auditing, revising, and improving our Quality Management System. - Be the point of contact for Compliance requirements from customers and any 3rd party vendors. Compliance would include, but not be limited to, REACH, ROHS, and Conflict minerals. - Perform gage R&R analysis and capability studies as required. - Assist in the calibration of in-house inspection tools. - Assist in building work instructions for processes at EIMCo. - Assist in the training and professional development of our Quality Inspectors. - Fill in for the quality department inspectors when there are absences. - Communicate with quality control and shop personnel on any problems or concerns with parts,...
