Then come join us! Job Description: Position Summary: The P1 Paint Lead is responsible for overseeing daily paint operations to ensure safe, high quality, and on-time production. This role provides direct leadership to hourly paint personnel, enforces quality and safety standards, manages workflow, and serves as the primary liaison between painters and the quality, engineering, maintenance, and leadership teams.
