Associate Project Manager (Spanish Speaker)

Job description

At Webfleet we are looking for an Associate Project Manager that will independently lead projects with a European scope, and is fully accountable for the successful delivery. This role is ideal for professionals building experience across project types and demonstrating readiness for higher complexity projects. You will be part of the Project Management team reporting to the Manager Project Management. Your goal is to structure, plan, coordinate and enable individual teams / departments to execute while keeping the overall objectives and success in sight. You will work with high-profile customers, shape the future of our delivery model, and contribute to Webfleet’s ongoing success. Your Day-to-Day: Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Develop project plans, schedules, and risk assessments. Coordinate tasks and monitor progress across project phases. Proactively manage stakeholders and communicate project status. Track KPIs and escalate issues as needed.
