Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week Role Overview: The Senior Associate plays a critical role in driving execution of the PAS roadmap and strengthening the program’s technology enablement and feedback ecosystem. Serving as a key partner to the Program Manager and PAS leadership, this role translates advisor and field insights into structured prioritization, actionable workstreams, and executive-ready materials that inform enterprise decision-making. The Senior Associate is responsible for helping to run the internal process that captures advisor/practice learnings, synthesizes themes, prioritizes opportunities, and connects them to actionable workstreams across technology and business partners. This role requires strong analytical rigor, comfort working across technology and business stakeholders, and the ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with visibility across service, agency, technology, and product partners.
