Amentum is seeking candidates for a SERE Instructor/Female position in Southern Pines, NC. This onsite role involves training select Department of Defense (DoD) personnel in Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) principles, following DoD policy and guidance. Responsibilities: - Conducting instruction during individual, small and large group laboratory settings as it relates to the principles of SERE and procedures supporting DoD policy, guidance, and the Code of Conduct. - Conducting training events and assessing student performance during the learning processes. - Use blended learning techniques such as eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role-play, and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks. - Duties may include developing training materials, coordinating, and resourcing training events. - May provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees to support team growth. - Duties will require a willingness and ability to work in austere conditions, nonstandard hours, and occasional weekends.
