Heritage Landscape Supply is seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual for a Counter/Customer Sales Associate . This full-time position will focus on order entry at the sales counter with other related warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping products, and loading trucks. The workweek includes some weekends, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season. Duties/Responsibilities: Entering orders at the point of sale using the company computer system. Interacting with customers over the phone, via email, and in-person. Greet customer with friendly attitude. Basic computer and phone skills. Communicate to customers the correct product for their application. Communicate to customers how material is priced and sold. Create Sales Orders and create quotes to estimate cost of projects; quantities of material needed from customer measurements. Ensure smooth deliveries by scheduling effectively and maintaining open communication with team members and clients. Being honest, courteous, respectful to customers & employees all times.
