Local Peoples is seeking a talented and dedicated Content Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Government clients in the ACT, playing a pivotal role in crafting clear, engaging, and user-centred content. As a Content Designer, you will be integral to shaping the communication strategies that enhance user experiences across a variety of government services. Applicants will preferably be based in Canberra or Brisbane, however applications from other locations will be considered. Successful applicants located outside of Canberra may be required to travel to Canberra 1-2 times per quarter. Key Responsibilities: Develop and edit content for system interfaces, websites, and other internal and external digital channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement. Use user research, data insights, and service design principles to create content that is cohesive, compelling, and meets both user and organisational requirements. Work closely with various departments and external partners to align content strategies and maintain consistency across all communication channels.
