The Role The role of an Enrolled Nurse in aged care provides essential nursing support, delivering high-quality care to elderly residents while assisting with daily activities and health management. They work closely with the healthcare team to ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being, while following care plans and ensuring best practice standards. This is a Permanent Part Time position working 65 hours per fortnight with shifts from 3.00pm to 10.00pm, Monday to Friday across various residential facilities in the Southern Suburbs Flexible Staffing Across Multiple Locations: As part of the Enrolled Nurse Permanent Pool SOR, flexibility is key to meeting the required needs across multiple sites. This staffing model involves employees being part of a centralised pool, allowing them to be assigned to different locations within the NOR cluster.
