Job Title: Marketing & Lead Manager (Non-Exempt, Hourly + Commission Eligible) Location: San Diego, CA Position Summary The Marketing & Lead Manager leads marketing efforts focused on driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role oversees strategy, campaigns, team performance, and marketing tools while collaborating closely with sales and the call center.
