Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our EHS team at our Notting Hill laboratory. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding client service while supporting the receipt, registration, dispatch, and coordination of soil, water, and air samples. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and a consistently high level of service that supports strong client relationships and operational excellence.
