Meridian Services offers person-centered supports and cares to individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities across a diverse range of settings. These include Residential Services, In-Home Services, and Case Management Services. Today, we have 30 group homes, 150 In-Home person served, and over 100 Case Managers across the state of Minnesota. Job Title: Direct Support Professional: Location: Golden Valley, MN Schedule: 7 days on/ 7 days off: Wednesday and Thursday 10 pm - 6 am, Friday - Saturday 10 pm - 9 am Monday-Tuesday 10 pm - 6 am Wage: $12.00 for all asleep hours (Awake wages: $24 per hour weekday Rate (6am Monday- 3pm Friday), $28 per hour weekend rate (3pm Friday-6a Monday) Job Summary: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Crisis program, staff must be comfortable responding to interfering behaviors and implementing physical intervention techniques daily.
