We at O'Reilly's Food Truck are looking for a Food Truck Assistant to join our fantastic team in Bandon. This role is based at our award-winning Food Truck on the Clonakilty Road, Bandon. The hours of work for this position is as follows: 5 pm. to close 5 days a week (variable days, including weekends) Key responsibilities for this role include: Food preparation and cooking Excellent customer service: Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with HACCP guidelines Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature control Taking orders are serving customers: Service of food to customers to the standards set by the Company Food assembly and service of same in an efficient manner Job requirements: Previous experience in the food service industry Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Previous cooking or similar experience preferred Knowledge of food safety requirements: People person with exceptional demonstrated customer service qualities and a positive can do attitude Demonstrate impeccable time management...
