Overview MBP is seeking a highly experienced professional to join our dispute resolution practice at the Director, Managing Director, or Senior Managing Director level. This individual will bring 10+ years of expertise in forensic accounting, economic damages, and claims consulting. As a leader within the practice, you will be responsible for overseeing complex engagements, mentoring staff, and leveraging your established market presence to drive business growth. The final title and compensation structure will be commensurate with your track record of leadership and business development. Responsibilities: MAIN DUTIES: - People Management & Leadership: Act as a mentor and supervisor to junior and mid-level consultants. You will be responsible for resource allocation, professional development, and maintaining a high standard of work product across the team. - Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for legal counsel, contractors, and other clients.
