Program Director II - Childrens Congregate Care

Overview The Program Director for a state contracted service (see list above), will oversee the operations and management of that service area in accordance with the contract specifications. The senior director will ensure that the program operates in such a way that it meets clinical, programmatic, staff, and fiscal objectives. Pay: $60,000-$65,0000 Annually: Responsibilities: - Direct the program such that all elements of the contract are achieved and/or exceeded within the context of YOU, Inc.’s programming, policy and procedures. In collaboration with the Senior Director, examine, evaluate, and adjust program implementation to ensure that annual goals, work plans, and objectives are met. - Maintain the staffing required by the contract and uphold the agency value and commitment to diversity and inclusion in staffing. Oversee personnel management including the hiring, training, supervising, evaluation and support of staff and interns who will be able to fulfill essential functions, develop professionally and provide excellent service delivery.
