We are looking for a Coordination of Foreman join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the Head of Production Composites . You will be responsible to coordinate foreman activities, to steer production processes assigned to your department aiming at achieving assigned objectives: productivity (volumes and costs), Continuous Improvement, Technical KPIs (as OEE), quality KPIs, cross-functional Production Workshop, injuries prevention, health status (ASPP role in the department). o Activities planning & organization; o Sharing of information and alignment; o Problem and issues identification to discuss possible solutions; o Production flows, processes and products; o Company organization & procedures; o risks connected to activities, equipment and tools used in your department; o Health management program; o Ideas management program promoting; o LPS (Lamborghini Production System); o Set meetings (Model Line); o Schadentisch Functional, Aesthetical, Field; o Models Sub Projects Rolling Meetings;...
