About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Director of Finance to serve as the financial engine of the company during a critical stage of growth. This is not a traditional corporate finance role. This is a builder role. You will serve as a senior individual contributor within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, leading Revenue Operations, Financial Operations, Pricing Strategy, Financial Planning, and financial engagement with investors and the Board of Directors. You will work closely with executive leadership, commercial and operations teams, and an external finance function. This role demands both strategic perspective and hands-on execution.
