Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), this role is responsible for the development, standardization, and advancement of high-quality, value-based care models for older adults and medically complex patients. The Medical Director of Geriatrics provides system-wide leadership while supporting the unique needs of rural and semi-rural communities, ensuring consistent, patient-centered care across PHC’s diverse clinical settings.
