They work with an exceptional degree of independence to manage a full suite of human resource related business enabling activities across Carewest and with external stakeholders, with a primary focus on the employment & labour relationship across Carewest and with external stakeholders. The incumbent is able to resolve non-standard matters that may not be firmly rooted in policy or process that requires advanced interpretation or synthesis of information that is available internally or externally to Carewest.
