Own backend infrastructure for real-time audio/video calling (Twilio, Salesfloor, A/V quality, recordings, transcriptions) to deliver a dialer that scales reliably to 10× volume. What you’ll do: Architect and improve real-time voice infra (WebRTC/SIP/Twilio). Ensure call quality and latency meet SLA targets globally.
