The opportunity Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, the Director, Member Services & Strategic Partnerships will lead QATSICPP’s member and sector engagement and partnership strategy across Queensland. This role strengthens relationships with community-controlled, and youth justice funded organisations, ensuring member and sector voices shape sector reform, policy and advocacy. The Director will: - Lead QATSICPP’s Member Services function, strengthening engagement with member organisations across Queensland - Build and steward strategic partnerships with government, community-controlled organisations, youth justice funded organisations, and key sector stakeholders - Ensure member insights inform advocacy, policy and organisational strategy - Represent QATSICPP in sector forums and support collaborative initiatives that strengthen the sector About you: You will bring strong leadership capability and experience working within community, government or peak body environments.
