Account Manager The Account Manager will be tasked with growing existing business through delivering best-in-class service for clients, strategic insights presentations, and upholding internal operational excellence. You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with sales, trading, product and analytics on some of the world’s most known brands. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: In the role you will be accountable for, but not limited to, the following: Client Service: - Craft and present best in class insight reports that blend campaign performance and real business challenges, telling a story with our MiQ data - Contribute to business retention and growth by identifying incremental opportunities, growing accounts & strategizing new solutions on an ongoing basis, including recommendation of additional products and channels - Supporting a portfolio of clients and ensuring that all are performing optimally; working in partnership with Trading team to ensure campaigns are pacing as desired. - Strengthen existing client relationships, and support Sales in building rapport with new clients, through regular in-person servicing.
