About the Position: The Executive Administrator & Facilities Coordinator plays a dual-role supporting both executive leadership and the in-office Facilities function. This position is critical to ensuring a seamless, high-functioning workplace experience while maintaining high-quality administrative support for assigned executives. This is a Monday–Friday, in-office role based in the Chicago office, with an anticipated 50/50 time allocation between executive support and Facilities responsibilities.
