About this role: The Servicing Platform Migration Leader is responsible for planning and executing large-scale migrations of customer bank accounts and related servicing functions from legacy platforms to modern core banking systems. The role ensures service continuity, regulatory compliance, and positive customer experience throughout transition events. You’ll be responsible for leading efforts across multiple lines of business for migration. Execution will involve working with each LOB to identify the right migration path for each transaction type and user and then managing to an organized timeline across the enterprise. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring a sustainable process for managing access governance in partnership with these various LOBs.
